How we checked
Last checked October 17, 2026 against chinalights.org. Before anything appears here, a separate check fetches each source again and confirms that every date we show is in the quoted text.
Notes from the last check
The series is a category rather than one event: Tianyu Arts & Culture produces US holiday lantern festivals, with two current official edition pages confirmed (North Carolina and Wisconsin), but no series-level dates, no UK or EU evidence, and the named festivals were not checked.
