How we checked
Last checked October 17, 2026 against aberdeencity.gov.uk. Before anything appears here, a separate check fetches each source again and confirms that every date we show is in the quoted text.
Notes from the last check
Spectra is an Aberdeen City Council-owned light festival (council page quoted), but its own website was down and the .co.uk domain now hosts unrelated casino content, so no 2027 dates, no current operating evidence and no 2026 confirmation could be quoted. The result is partial, with status tba.
